A big bunch of hearts! Well it is Valentine's Day!

A couple of illustrations from the snowmen series.
Is this what snowmen do when nobody is around?

This was the front of an advent calendar created for RS Components.
There are many details in the illustration directly linked and specific to the company.
It took a while to create, and was needed

This Dragon was created for use in a children's play area.
It was used as the main character in the design of the safety flooring.
Children are able to walk and play on the large design.
It was created on behalf of D&A Design.

I work with another local graphic design company named Paul Johnson Design.
The logos below were created in conjunction with PJD.

This is a character design for an historical chap named Pareto.
The brief was to design the character as being friendly but serious.
The colourful suit and tie was added as the character developed.

This is a calendar cover design for 2008 created for Etrinsic.
It is meant to represent the diversity and positive integration in this particular community.

This image is Blue Bear (and his underwear).

Adrian Ridley is a great farrier covering the Leicestershire and Northamptonshire areas.
He needed a logo that represented his business. This is the final result...

This is a mailer designed to promote Vanilla Recruitment.
Vanilla Recruitment is an amazing recruitment company based in market Harborough.
This mailer was used as a simple emailer to promote the company at Easter.

Another logo created for House of Play. This one was for Slide & Seek, another childrens play area.
A few variations were created.

A couple of logo designs created for Hippodome, a childrens play area on behalf of House of Play.
I created a few designs and colour shcemes. A few of which are below.

A map of the British Isles mad of cheese...hopefully it was obvious!
The illustration was required by The Dairy Council and passed to my by Etrisnsic.
Each type of cheese is meant to represent the area it covers.
The knives take a slice of cheese out of each area that represents non dairy consumption for that region.
Cows were added to add some interest.

This is one of the final characters designed for Impact Colours.

Working on behalf of Face Interactive, this is an illustration that appeared on a promotional leaflet for Z Lodge.
Z Lodge is basically a super tent for festivals etc. Giving you that extra bit of comfort when spending a weekend with the wonderful British weather.

This is a character designed for North East Lincolnshire Council.
His name is Dr Bike, and he...fixes bikes.

These illustrations were used by NEG as magazine ads.
They are meant to represent a phone system that makes it seem a business has multiple receptionists.
Some slight changes allowed the illustration to be used in two different magazines.

These were printed as very large banners that appeared in the comedy tent at Guildfest.
Hush Puppies were obviously the sponsors.

This was a brief for Buddies, a pet care company based in Market Harborough.
They needed an illustration of a bowling lane viewed as if you were actually bowling.
The final image was printed about 1m x 1.5m, and used for promotional purposes.
It was placed on the ground in front of a large screen and a Nintendo Wii playing bowling.

I create a lot of illustrations for various clients.
I also create many illustrations for stock. Stock illustration is a growing industry and a very efficient way to purchase top quality illustrations at a very competitive price.
The best illustration stock website in the world is istock, and this was one of the first illustrations I submitted to the site.
